It’s a small and delicious world after all with the opening of Downtown Pittsburgh’s Oxford Market and Bar Oxford as part of a multi-million dollar renovation of iconic skyscraper One Oxford Centre. Dubbed Oxford Market, the innovative plaza-level dining concept gives downtown workers, residents and visitors the opportunity to dine on freshly prepared dishes from around the globe, in addition to a salad bar that taps into local, regional and seasonal produce. Not everything is brand new at Oxford Market though: The building’s beloved watering hole remains, albeit with a thoughtful facelift that pays homage to its history while nudging it into the 21st century.
