Oxbow Cheese & Wine, opened in January 2008, is brought to you by Debbie Zachareas & Peter Granoff, Master Sommelier. Together Debbie & Peter are co-owners and managing partners of Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant in San Francisco's Ferry Building, and Mission Bay Wine & Cheese in the booming Mission Bay Neighborhood of San Francisco. We feature a carefully curated international selection of Fine Wines, Beers and Artisan Cheeses and related comestibles for consumption in our Wine Bar or to take home. We will also have a handful of Craft Spirits, but our license limits that selection to wine-based items such as Vermouth.
