OX 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles is the very first restaurant to serve authentic Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles in Northern California. The founder was trained in Lanzhou by the fifth descendant of MA, the creator of hand-pulled noodles. Well-versed in the traditional recipe and the soup-making process we aim to provide all customers with a bowl of warm, authentic Lanzhou Noodles. By doing so, we make the centuries-old craft and delicacy available to everyone who loves authentic Chinese flavors. At OX 9, we strictly follow the Lanzhou traditional production processes, from ingredient selection to the pulling craft and soup making.
