I am John Kingsley, an Advocate practicing at the Madras High Court. I have just visited your Mugalivakkam OvenFresh outlet. The time is currently 11:28 AM. The salesperson informed me that it would take until 12 o'clock to prepare my order due to the oven not being warm, despite the shop opening at 11 AM. It is now almost 11:30 AM, and the food has not yet been delivered. This delay could have a negative impact on your reputation and service. I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously.
