Outside the Masa is a unique and exciting dining establishment that offers a distinctive culinary experience focused on Birria, a traditional Mexican dish. Our main product is Birria Tacos, which are made using slow-cooked, tender, and flavorful meat, traditionally beef or goat, marinated in a rich blend of spices and herbs. The meat is then served in warm tortillas and accompanied by flavorful consomé for dipping.
