Outback Steakhouse

We love coming to this Outback Steakhouse. The service by Veronica & other staff was incredible, food, & drinks were great. We ordered 2-8 oz. Sirloins and 2 sides. The baked potato soup is heaven in a bowl. The loaded baked potato scooped right out of the skin and was moist and delicious! We look forward to returning again soon.

Service amazing every time . Bash is amazing and management is great . And this place always never fails I love this location .

I have visited many different locations but this location had the best customer service. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and took care of every anticipated need. The food was as good as I expected it to be! But these employees truly deserve accolades for their amazing customer service And friendliness!!

We hadn't been here in a while, and we definitely won't be back! We decided to take my husband's brother here, that was visiting from another country. He decided to pay the tab as a surprise for hosting him, using the excuse that he was going to the restroom. When he came back, he told us, I paid already! We stayed for a few more minutes chatted and then we decided to leave. While leaving someone stopped my brother in law and told him how he reminded him of a coworker and they chatted for a few minutes. We walk out. Make it to the parking lot. The waiter swings the restaurant doors open and yells, "wait! you didn't pay!" I let him know, we had payed and he proceeds to explain how you have to pay before leaving. I told him, "I'll go check with you." When we walked back in EVERYONE was staring at us, host, waiters and customers. So it made me wonder how he reacted when he saw that we were gone. He goes to the manager and the manager confirms we paid. The waiter apologized. I told the manager, he needed to have better communication amongst each other because that was embarrassing! My husband then proceeded to add that we are not thieves, even though he had some other thoughts to share. The manager just responded, "well I was going to tell him but I got busy." Didn't even offer an apology! Today is the morning after and my husband still feels horrible and embarrassed for being accused of not paying. That's why we decided to give this review.

Great customer service! Our waiter Michelle had such a great positive attitude. Will be coming here again. Thanks for the really good food and great crew you guys have as employees. Everyone there is so welcoming and positive. P.S. ( The blueberry lavender lemonade is awesome)!

We will NEVER place another order here. Steak was overcooked, the sales was a disgusting sight. The cheesecake was the only good thing. It shows how much of a piss poor restaurant you run. I will continue sharing this awful news to everyone, every day!
