Outback Steakhouse

The food was great. The front door looked like it was in the back. It was a very nice experience.

Amanda our server was fantastic! She was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always full!

We came in with a party of eight and had to wait an exceptionally long time. When told a group would be leaving soon and they would have a table, I asked what was wrong with the tables that had been vacant for 10 minutes. They huffily got the table ready while slamming the utensils and salt and pepper onto the table. They should learn to clean tables quicker when customers are waiting for extended periods of time.

Food was great and service was even better

Violet was our server and I believe I would’ve gotten better service at a McDonald’s. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Outback from NC down to GA. Food also seemed super rushed. Will drive the extra 5 minutes for Logan’s roadhouse from now on.

I come in weekly, Joey is there most days and is excellent. Thanks Joey!!

Amber at the bar made the whole experience fantastic. Would come back again just for her.

Very slow and unfriendly service while eating at the bar. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Restaurant had numerous open seats and yet we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to be seated in dining room. Ordered dessert and waited for twenty minutes, only to be told they were out of it. We will not return to this location.

We normally frequent the Mooresville/Huntersville locations, but tonight we tried Statesville. Hands down best service we have ever received. JEANINE was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have thanked her enough for the service she provided our whole meal.

Visiting from out of town and found Amanda providing the best service we have seen in a very long time. If we lived in town, we would come back again and again to be seated with her.

I went on a night when there was a fundraiser. They were extremely busy and the service was fantastic and pretty quick for the amount of people that were there. Are food arrived fairly quick and was very good. For the amount of people that were there I thought the service was fantastic.

Typical spot like this. Nothing bad to say just these types of places I can’t give more than 3 stars. Chain restaurants are chain restaurants.

I eat in the bar area, and service is always great and welcoming. Dinner was very tasty.

The girls are amazing!!! Yet again another 10/10 experience! Shoutout to Macy girl!! Wonderful service, great food. Jatana was a phenomenal, extremely attentive and professional server. Met every expectation we had. 10/10
