Management is great and staff follows the same.

Outback in PG plaza has turned it around. Food coming out fast and hot. And the service is amazing! Marcus did an excellent job being attentive and responsive to all of our requests.

Jamira was overall a nice and calm waitress had no problems with her very sweet so i foreshore recommend her as a waitress

Had dinner there with my parents and my parents ordered the prime rib and it was overcooked and looked like it. Just got cooked on the flat top. Very dry and my steak was a ribeye and was overcooked and had a lot of fat in it so it was hard to cut. Never got water. Never got refills

Went to this place at 230pm. It was empty, I made a comment to the hostess, and she said, " I wish I knew." I ordered steak, potato, and salad. Salad and bread came out. Finished those and waited for steak and potato. After 15 minutes, I asked what the delay was. It is now 300pm , server said they were behind???? At 315pm, she said it would ba another 30 minutes. I told cancel order. I then left. No explanation. I go here every week. I don't think I'll be back after this incident.

Food cold potato was hard will never eat in that restaurant again play 86.00 for lunch it wasn't worth my money I got the shrimp and scallops with rigatoni

Poor service. The restaurant is not clean. Update: 08/16/22 I wanted to give this place another try. The hostess was rude and didn't even greet anyone at the door. Server was attentive, and is the only saving grace. I don't sit at the bar so maybe try that instead. Ask for Sergio, he is kind and easy to order from. He knows the menu well. Third update: they have made significant changes to staff and atmosphere. I have been coming in more often and glad to see they are improving service. Solid 4!

Close already. I believe I've reviewed this location in the past and gave a better rating. I may have reviewed it another time and given it a dismal rating It's in my neighborhood and I keep trying to work with it, but after my experience today, I'm done for real. This Outback has been through staffing and ownership issues, food quality and service issues in abundance in the past 15 years or so. From terrific to terrible and now terribler (Not a word. I know. That's how bad it is.) Pasta and a salad. How bad could it be you say? It was delivered rather quickly by Uber Eats. Fine. That means they were humping it in the kitchen. Great. The food was still hot when it got to me. That means that my Uber Eats driver, Gloria, was humping it down the road. Fantastic. We slammed on brakes with the first bite - chicken, shrimp and saucy pasta. Bland, tasteless, slick. The shrimp were not deveined well (which I noticed before the first bite and took care of myself). The whole thing was swimming in oil. Just bad. The Caesar salad was salad. Nothing to write about there at all. The best part of that would be the dressing, if anything. This experience was the absolute pits and I've had bad experiences with this restaurant before. I've given all the dollars I'm going to give to it. I've tried. It tastes like they've stopped trying, don't care and you get what you get. I don't recommend this Outback, at this location. Take your palate and your coins elsewhere.

The service that Marcus has provided was fantastic. As it being my first time here and not much of a steak lover the food was fantastic as well as the conversation 10/10 will definitely return and hope that he is here when we do

Got seated immediately love that! Marcus did a phenomenal job at recommending the seasoned rice to go with my ribeye loved it. Couldn’t have asked for a better host he did his thing making sure I was satisfied.

Marcus, our waiter was really entertaining & funny. & with great hospitality. & the food was delicious!
