Outback Steakhouse

First at all the staff at the kitchen did an amazing job. The food was full of flavor, very tasty. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday as we marked at time we did the “reservation” online. the staff never asked us about the celebration occasion. We ordered a kids menu for share, since I knew my little won’t to eat. The server was not attentive at all. It took like 20 minutes to check on us once we are done so we could ask for a box and the check. After another 15 minutes he came with the check but not with box. And I saw he charged us 2 kids meals. I complained and he told me, he needed to talk about it with the manager. He came back telling me that if I want a box for the rest of the meal I have to pay both meals. So I refused to paid for it and I gave him a $10 gift card I wanted to use because it was about to expire and my credit card. At the time I asked for the military discount. He came back with and told me since both discount can’t be applied, he applied the military discount. Even don’t asked me which discount I wanted to apply. The military discount amount was much less than the gift card amount. I left without let any tip. Sorry not sorry. In the picture you can see the kids meal that was served and touched by a 2years old that I wasn’t not able to take home and probably will be trashed

This a place is special to the family for intimate reasons but great service nonetheless and the waiter / waitress Always brings over small bowls of bacon bits for JR...( Much appreciated ) Keep up the good work!

What a wonderful evening we just had at Outback Steakhouse! Friendly faces greeted us as we entered. We were immediately shown to a quiet table. Within minutes we were greeted by our waitress whose name was Britney. She was so friendly and remembered us from a previous time when my husband and I were celebrating my 80th birthday. She is so friendly and caring. Our dining experience at Outback couldn’t have been any better! We can’t wait to return!

Slowest takeaway service..took 15 minutes of sitting there for anyone to even come out.

Carlos was a fantastic server, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic… Definitely recommend him as a server. He deserves a Raise!!!
