Outback Steakhouse

Hands down one of the best Outback Steakhouses out there. Prompt friendly service. My chicken & steak was cooked perfectly.

Jewels provided the best service I have ever experienced at any Outback. She was so attentive to our entire party and made sure our experience was a 10/10 the whole time. She remembers my husband and I every week we come in and even remembers our usual order! We are so thankful for Jewels!

We ask for Jewels each time we come in as she has the best service and knows our order and food is on par every single time. She also decorated a table for my daughter for her senior prom.

It’s been almost a year since my son and I have been here (nothing against Outback, strictly a money thing) but anyways; we had an AMAZING experience! It started with our hostess, Kenzie (spelling). She was so friendly, held the door, got us seated, chatted with us, even got our drinks for us since our server had just arrived for her shift. Being a true team player and SO sweet. Then was our server Tiffany. We’ve had Tiffany before and she is truly one of the best! She makes every guest feel important and always makes sure you are completely satisfied. She is on it with the refills (always get them before the first is empty) and does everything she can to make sure your food comes out quick. Not to mention she is so nice and will always talk over the menu options, making sure you get something you will love. We LOVE Tiffany. Last was the manager, Christian. He remembered us from previous visits and made sure to come over and say hello. My son really wanted the virgin Sharky Temple but the bartender originally said they were out of the sharks. When Christian heard about it, he took it upon himself to go in the back and check the supply closet. He found some and brought my son a Sharky Temple personally. He was also so kind and attentive, even checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was as we wanted. As always, we had yet another GREAT experience at Outback Florence, Ky. We will definitely be back!

I have been here multiple times. I love it every time. The waiters are phenomenal and a huge shout out to the waitress Erica and the hostess Isabella. They are amazing.

Good location. Steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare on the flame grill per my request. Potato was as expected and salted nicely. Blue cheese pecan salad was a little off today on freshenss, but still good. And the chili. Always a winner with the texture, flavor, and spice. Good service as well to boot.

I don't get over here as often as I'd like. But when I do, it's always a good Time. Excellent Food and Service has been my experience.

We were there last night. They were very busy. Service was great and food was excellent. Chicken and broccoli were cooked perfectly and food was hot. Husband’s burger and fries were perfect also. Our waitress was great

Loved our lunch and the steak was delicious and one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress Julianne was great and we will be asking for her when we come back!!
