Outback Steakhouse

Had a great evening out with my family celebrating my Mom's birthday at Outback (ConcordMills)! Everything was awesome! Food was yummy and our service was on point. Our server Sydney A. was top tier!!! It is much appreciated!!!

By far the best experience I’ve had at an Outback. The food was great and our server Sydney was exceptional. Definitely will be back.

At Concord location, Sydney was AWESOME. We had a large family with separate orders. She handled everything like a pro. All helpers bringing the food was great. Especially . Caitlin The food was great. It was busy but we did not get a delay in the food order. Also I had the Blackberry Martini and some lavender drink and both were awesome.

It took 30 mins for apps to come out then another 30 for our meal which they got wrong. The server was fine it's just the long wait for wrong food is a big turn away.

POOR FOOD..

The Concord location needs work, they have a history of not listening. Several times, my order was wrong. Tonight was no exception. IKEA is much better.

Soup and salad so you can eat is so worth the $10!!! I ate $10 in bread, 😂...

As always Outback never disappoints! Sydney was amazing! We will definitely come back!

Sydney was an OUTSTANDING waitress! Great friendly conversation and quickly got an order fixed for us within minutes. When dining here in the future I absolutely recommend that you ask for Sydney!! :)

Ay Sydney was awesome!!!!! She gave us recommendations for her favorites,and they did not disappoint!!!!! She was very attentive and when we needed refills she was right there. This is now our favorite spot,and will definitely be coming back!!!

I ordered the steak and shrimp pasta, and my friend ordered the steak & B&Q Ribs with Mac and cheese & fries. However he didn't receive his fries (they took the order of fries off the ticket). The food was great !! I have no complaints at all, the season and flavors was poppin'! Unfortunately, We waited about 35 minutes for our food and when the food came out it was cold. So we left of course. The service was great however. They were very friendly and very attentive.

Steak was good but original choice was not available as we like it cooked. Service was long, mistakes on the checks
