Outback Steakhouse

The lobster was fantastic, I ordered 2 tails, a 12oz ribeye medium rare. Loaded mashed potatoes without sour cream and a house salad with ranch and no onions. The service was incredible and friendly. The seating arrangement is better here than Eastgate. Mainly because the dividers are taller, so it's easier to focus on your date or party you're with. There were only 2 things that kept the food from being perfect. The steak had so much pepper and spices on it that I had to scrape most of it off to enjoy the taste of the actual steak. I will say it was cooked correctly, tho. The last thing is that the salad was 70% white iceberg lettuce that is not flavorful nor nutritious. If the restaurant would use romaine lettuce and spinach, it would be top tier. The prices seemed high but fair.

Kobe is a great server and he deserves a promotion my parents had a great time and my parents want Kobe every time they dine

The service was excellent as always and so was the food.

From the friendly greeting to the attentive server to the great food, we had a very pleasant experience dining at Outback 😁👍🏼 I love their chili…very meaty, like big chunks of brisket.👍🏼

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! THE SERVERS ARE GREAT, AND LIZ IS ALWAYS WELCOMING. THE RIBEY STEAK IS TO DIE FOR...VERY WELL SEASONED.

Got carry out and it was great until I found someone else’s hair wrapped around my chicken wings 🤮

I enjoyed a delicious filet-lobster combo with macaroni and cheese and a strawberry butter cake. It was magnificent. My waitress was quick to refill my drinks and take my dishes when I was done. Not the most hip atmosphere, just a classic sit-in restaurant with an Aussie twist.

Manager Liz and bartender Taylor always give exceptional, friendly service. We come from Newport KY to go to this location, the best Outback there is!

Management terrible! .location nearly empty. Ordered margarita on rocks..it was nearly all ice and the little glass it was served in was only 2/3 full. Manager said she made it herself according to recipe and did not offer to fix it but exchanged it for iced tea. Apparently they had no bar tender?Beers not filled either. Serice slow. It was my birthday. We told Waiter. No birthday treat offered but he did wish me Happy Birthday. Ribeye was fatty. Expect this location will close soon unless management changes. Nearly empty restaurant and poor service and they cant make a margarita.

Only the water was good

Very good food. The host at the front that greeted everyone was very nice and welcoming! She even opened the door for guests as the came in and left! Great first impression for your restaurant! She should be commended on a job well done. It's not often you are greeted with such a personable host!

My husband and I both had a good time and the food was good. Service was great with no issues. Drinks refilled, food hot.

This location used to be our favorite, after tonight we will take our business to ElCoyte to enjoy a steak dinner. The employees there was fine, friendly face and nice greating. However the food was terrible. The quality of the steaks was honestly the worst steak I have ever had. Walmart steaks quality was better then this. The steak I got had so much fat in the steak it was impossible to cut. I asked for medium and got medium rare. I didn't even eat the steak I ended up leaving with just eating the salad and potatoes. My biggest pet peve is when you walk on floors and you can hear you shoes stick to them from por mopping skills. We just simply won't lower our standards on quality with the cost we pay so we won't be back to outback formhear on out.

Not much good to say here, waited 25 minutes after being seated b4 we was waited on, blooming onion was way overdone or fryer oil needed changed, entrees was meh ok, dranks was ok not great. Waitress would walk while I was ordering, no bread or water was brought to table we had to ask blah blah blah. What happened to good service and decent food?
