The atmosphere was very good and the owner even came out and greeted people. The fried mushrooms were absolutely delicious and the blooming onion was good as usual. However, I ordered the Toowoomba Salmon with no Shrimp and when my order came it had Shrimp on it. By the time I got my food everyone else was done eating and I to take my to go. Someone in my party automatically got half off their food for saying they the ribs were good but the steak wasn't the best, however I was offered anything off my meal for the inconvenience of not being able to eat with everyone else. I had to ask and then received 10% off. Then to make matters worst, the sauce on the salmon was not good, it was way to thick and rich, the seasoning overpowered the salmon and rice. Had me sick for the entire next day.

Our recent trip to Outback Steakhouse was nothing short of a culinary expedition, with a side of impeccable service. The adventure kicked off with stellar recommendations from Kenzie, our server assistant, who deserves a serious promotion. She not only handled our orders with ease but also worked toddler magic, making our messy little ones feel like mini VIPs. Enter Monica, our main server, who kept the dining tempo on point, ensuring we never went without hot, delicious food. It was a steady flow of steak bliss from start to finish. And then there was Connor, the manager. With his great energy and flair for storytelling, he kept the vibe upbeat and the experience top-notch. Thanks to the incredible team, this visit was easily our best yet, and we’ll definitely be back for more of that perfect blend of ambiance, hospitality, and perfectly cooked steaks.

Waited to be served for a long time, everything was brought out of order and things we ordered they forget to bring out. Or they brought one item out twice. Took forever to leave because of how slow everything was.

Great customer service.

My food was excellent! Steak perfectly cooked .. HOWEVER, since when did Outback allow dogs to walk around the restaurant?? Service dogs are trained to be with their owners.. this is unsanitary to say the least . Update: manager was very apologetic and assured us that it wouldn’t happen again. I appreciate this.

Had a bad experience the first time going. We talked to the manager Rueben and he made it right. So we went a second time and it was the best experience we ever had.
