Great florentine osteria located right at Piazza della Passera frequented by locals. We had cow's stomach sushi, tripe fried in tempura, florentine tripe, cow's tangue carpaccio, crepelle alla fiorentine and ravioli di lampredotto in salsa di cipolle. All dishes were excellent, my #1 was florentine teipe. The proprietor recommended us a very suitable local wine, that complemended our dishes.

Got food poisoning after the dinner. The spaghetti bolognaise tasted bad and stale came within 2 minutes of ordering.

Excellent restaurant. Le meilleur qu'on ai fait à Florence. Équipe très sympathique. Nourriture généreuse et pleine de goût. Je ne peux que recommander d'aller essayer.
