Osteria Kobuta

Veggy Ramen delizioso, ingredienti freschi e di altissima qualità. Tempura sottile e croccante, realizzata a regola d’arte. Personale gentile e accogliente. Locale confortevole e curato. Arredi minimal e colori a contrasto. Il legno dona una sensazione di calore e familiarità. Si ha quasi la sensazione di essere già stati all’Osteria Kobuta; è quasi come tornare a casa 🐷 Una pausa pranzo davvero piacevole nel centro di Cagliari!

I was excited to come to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. The concept sounded really interesting and unique. Sadly, the food is uninspired and salty. There is no depth in the flavour and overall everything tasted flat. The service was also rather rude. Our server had an attitude and didn’t want to be there. The atmosphere was very meh and the design was just a grid of tables. The music was also a very strange choice of classic American country. The restaurant also does not serve hot tea or sake. What kind of Japanese anything doesn’t do that?! The menu is also very pricey for what you get. Better to go somewhere else.

One of my favourite restaurants in Cagliari. The food is consistently good and a great departure from the local cuisine when you need an Asian fix.
