Stayed here for one night in a four person female dorm before heading back to the USA. Great rooms, service, and location!

So close to the must see spots! Friendly staff and throw activities/events to meet new people. I love it. Definitely staying here staying here when I come back

This is a perfect hostel for young people and/or college students exploring Florence. Francesca and her team were kind and welcoming. Lots of community events to help you meet people! My 20 yo daughter will stay here every time she travels to Florence alone.

Additionally, they offer luggage storage services, ensuring you can arrive early and immediately hit the city.||||10/5 would book again.

Don’t book! This place is widely overpriced for the quality of rooms and there is lack of amenities. If you do want to use facilities, everything comes at a price. All of the staff are very unfriendly except for Frederico. As a solo traveller the events gained little attraction. However you will here karaoke from your room almost every night.

10 out of 10. Everything was well taken care off by very kind people who where ready to help you anytime. They made sure everyone had a good time with fun activities like karaoke or pizza-making-night. Location is perfect to discover the city and nearby the station and what not. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
