Osmov’s new gift card scam. I got a fake gift from Osmow's. I went to redeem the money on a gift card and was told th me card was an old card and no longer valid. Th card is only 6 months old. So I got scammed out of $25. Don’t purchase any food here or get gift cards as the management is pulling a scam. They give you an old card and keep your money. Manager won’t even believe me the card was purchased recently.

Don’t waste your money at this location. First of all that girl on shift doesn’t care about customers. After looong wait we get our falafel wrap. We paid extra for sauce but it’s useless. Last thing, we ordered super wrap(large) but she doesn’t have sense to cut it. moreover, we insisted her to cut she refused to do
