Amazing food, coffee and staff

I went there last week as I wanting to explore more of Prince George’s gems. I went inside and look at their menu and decided on their lemonade and lemon raspberry muffin. The muffin was the best muffin I have ever had! I have found my new favourite place for baked goods and my new favourite type of muffin. Will definitely be visiting more often!

Everything I’ve tried here has been high quality ingredients and flavours. It’s nice in the summer, you walk up to the window to order and they have some picnic tables. But if it’s bad weather it’s not so nice to be outside. Regardless it’s a nice joint if you want a drink or snack while out on your walk. Quite pricey but it’s nice quality food. The only drawback is that it only has vanilla soft serve ice cream which isn’t so fun in the summer. But they can make these huge vanilla ice cream and candy concoctions if you have a large appetite. I never do so I’ve never tried one.

The food was good however, I found it pricey for what it was. They do not have any indoor seating, and you require a membership for the museum to sit inside. There is seating outside we just found this off-putting. There was a fairly long wait for food. My friends' chai tea latte seemed like they forgot to add the chai tea to the latte.

I can't rave enough about this little Gem! Located inside the Exploration Place, with awesome interactive tables. I spent a week at the exploration place, I tried several home made sandwiches, baked goods and coffees. Everything was incredible, I was amazed with everything I tried! The manager and staff are phenomenal, they go the extra mile heating up sandwiches, they really care about your experience. They also cater, making beautiful charcuterie platters, and they have a window where you can grab everything outside, open at 7 am! As a parent who frequents the nearby Lheidli T'enneh park, you would be severely missing out if you didn't grab your kids a mini cone, and yourself one of their numerous beverages at the least. I highly recommend Origins Kitchen, I know we'll be coming here even when we're not going to the Exploration Place!
