Original Uncle Tom's Barbecue

The motto at Original Uncle Toms Barbecue is "Taking it back 70 years!" The staff employs this motto in an effort to recreate the Original Uncle Toms BBQ, which was pioneered by Thomas Fantis back in 1948 to serve the community with authentic barbecue. Tom also created an infamous one-of-a-kind sauce. With the help of this generation's Fantis family, the current Original Uncle Toms Barbecue vows to once again serve authentic barbecue—and recreate that legendary our sauce.
