They need to update hours , showed up Sunday 2/4/2024 8:39 pm and they were closing already?? But says it closed at 9 ??

This cashier lady shut down one hour early, terrible service made excuses why she couldn’t serve me because it was 8:02 Website states 9pm They better change the time online I drove 25 mins for nothing

So nice the employes were kind the service was amazing the yogurt was so creamy recommend pineapple birthday cake and vanilla all together with mango Boba so creamy so delicious seats were nice to sit in the air was so nice to breathe in you could smell every flavor of ice cream over all comfy good service and delicious recommend

The worst customer service ever. Showed up at 8:01. The website says you’re open till 2100 we were greeted at the door store full of people and they were closed. I come to this location all the time spending a lot of money and she wouldn’t let me grab ice cream to go. claimed her boss was on the cameras. I’m not sure what boss in the right mind would turn down a transaction but apparently the owner of this establishment does I’ll never return to this location.

Yogurt was delicious and service was great. However $20 for 2 cups with yogurt and 1 topping each is way too much. Probably won't be back.

My daughter was over charged. My granddaughter put her cup on the scale first, the employee thinking it was just her cup charged her for it, then my daughter put her cup on the scale. A total of two cups and they were not full. The girl charged for my granddaughters again plus my daughters. "My daughter asked the girl why is it $19.00?" The girl said I don't know why it's that much and couldn't do anything about it. I told my daughter to call the bank and stop payment, until the store could figure it out. She said no I'll just not go there again. We've gone before and bought three cups and it's $15.00 or so for three cups. Now $19 for two. Not good!!
