Ooshiba Yakitori and Sushi, a family-owned restaurant located in Seattle, Washington, was founded in April 2024 by talented Japanese chefs, Hirotaka Muramtsu and Hiroshi Kakuta. This establishment started out as a pop-up restaurant, serving authentic Japanese street food such as yakitori and sushi at local Seattle events. Due to its success and growing popularity, the owners decided to establish a permanent location in Seattle's bustling neighborhood of Fremont.
