My order was 20 mins late and Whe. o called it was almost like he was offended I called and said well there loads of traffic. But they should have known the level of traffic

Absolutely vile food! Arrived 40 mins late, was cold and the food that was sent looked nothing like the pictures on their website. It was really soggy, cheap ingredients & so spicy it was uneatable. I called them to complain and was called a liar. Do not order from here!

Ordered via uber eats (delivered by store staff). Not only did the food take nearly 2 hours to arrive, but when it did, it was freezing cold. Went straight in the bin. And no, Uber Eats didn't care either (shock)

First time using Oodles. Food delivered on time. Though a couple of items were missing, I called straight away and they were extremely helpful...received them a short while later. Boxes only look small but really packed and really filling! Definitely will be ordering again! Vegetarian options: Make your own food option is fantastic for vegetarians...easy variety of uour own choice

Amazing food omgg

Advertised 2 mains meals plus spring rolls offer for £10 available on Tues 23rd and Tues 30th. After driving 4 miles to visit on Tues 30th was told they aren't offering advertised deal as it wasn't approved by head office even though it was still being advertised on their Facebook page!

Not nearly us much chicken as i usually get and been going downhill since they decided you couldnt have two dry mains. Such a shame I used to rave about this place

I place my order on deliveroo . Thought I'd have a large it's a black box they send me a yellow box which is the medium but charge me for a large . There is me thinking colours make it simple . Large =black box guys Ps they did offer me a large free on next order . But i wanted a large now
