we proudly feature pow wonder matcha on our shelves and behind our counter in this delicious matcha latté. wonder matcha contains ceremonial grade matcha powder, lion's mane mushroom extract, ashwagandha and ceylon cinnamon. it comes unsweetened but pairs well with maple syrup and all of our house-crafted syrups!

we house-craft our kombucha & prefer to respect the daily dose that is most beneficial for your gut microbiome. to do this we combine the recommended 4oz of kombucha with (or without if you prefer) our house-crafted simple syrup and mix it all together with sparkling house seltzer water in a 12 oz tonic that's just right!

kenai fog is our take on the much loved london fog. we blend felicity grey tea with our house-crafted spruce tip syrup (spruce tip + spirulina) and foamy milk... it's a beautiful floral alaskan experience! felicity grey is not recommended for those who are pregnant as it contains yarrow - we would recommend a hot blueberry thrill tea with milk & spruce tip syrup for moms to be!

we cold extract chugach mountain roaster's cloud inversion beans for 24 hours to bring you a deep + delicious cold brew served over ice with your choice of additions. tasting notes: pecan, baker's chocolate, hint of smoke

cacao is slightly different in its caffeine content as it's a cardiovascular stimulant vs. a neurological stimulant [like coffee]. you may find this to be more soothing and energizing. we use cacao that contains all of it's fats and has been very low heat treated after fermentation, so it retains it's minerals + health benefits. we serve ora brand cacao, a wonderful company worth researching!
