Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Love this place, but unfortunately, they didn't have veggies. But they gave you an extra side dish to compensate.

This location and many more give old OLD OLD OLD OLD OLD food like it’s crazy cause it’s not even pack like would be especially during the week

Ordered today (3/5/24) thru uber eats and I received day old food. Rice was burnt due to the rice served was from the bottom of the cooker and meat was stale and dry. Kalbi short ribs was barely room temperature. I have ordered this meal many of times and as someone who enjoys rice, I know when imbgetting served old rice. Short ribs was clearly not cooked when the store opened. An unfortunate experience that ruined all the other great experiences in the past.

Fantastic food, especially the BBQ chicken aloha plate. So is the Hawaiian BBQ chicken plate with rice, macaroni salad and greens. 12/24/22 updated Excellent BBQ chicken and macaroni salad.

rude girl taking orders. Then gave me the wrong food. The manager Sam was very nice when i called him. The girl repeated her negative attitude the second day but didn't know i had the speaker phone on and the manager could here the bad service.

EXCELLENT customer service. I made the mistake of not asking for onions on my Island Fire Chicken, thinking at when I asked for no veggies, that would take care of it. ( 100 percent my mistake ) I didn't realize it was cooked with onions, and they saw me taking them out of the meal by the trash can. They asked if I would like it remade. No one, ever has asked me that at another restaurant. This was my first visit to this location, and definitely not the last. Thank you for caring, it means more than you know.

My delivery order was ready for several minutes and I had been there for quite a while. Was totally ignored the whole time while the person frantically pushed out the drive-through orders. It was a very thin girl at the counter and she was very short with me hardly speaking or making eye contact. Felt almost like unequal treatment. You should never have to feel like that leaving an establishment. Unfortunate.

great customer service, Czarina was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. She actually gave me spam musubi instead of bbq chicken musubi but quickly and appropriately corrected her mistake. The food was delicious as always.
