ON THE GRIND CAFE is owned and managed by two sisters, Wesleine and Dete, who grew up helping their mother run a restaurant in Brasil. They came to USA 20 years ago and have been working in the coffee shop business since. Wesleine is well known in Nahant and Malden, where she helped run Dunkin' Donuts, and Dete is well known in Salem, at Bagel World. It has been their dream to own their own coffee shop one day, and ON THE GRIND CAFE is the result of that dream. The sisters' one goal is to have the freshest, best tasting food and coffee served with a smile in a friendly atmosphere.
