My family founded R-N-R in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. I was always in there with my grandfather when I was a little boy. You can say the restaurant business was introduced to me at a very young age. After college, I managed the Brooklyn location in the mid 80’s. I learned a great deal about the concept from cooking, ordering, and day to day operations. There are many facets that go into running a successful restaurant. Our On-A- Roll concept derives from many years of restaurant experience. I owned and operated pizzeria's, deli's, bagel shops and white tablecloth Italian restaurants.What we want to make crystal clear to everyone is that we are in no way shape or form affiliated with the Brooklyn location. We do things entirely different
