Chef Yun's years of sushi expertise derives from extensive training in Japan and also by learning, honing and perfecting his craftsmanship under Nakazawa Daisuke san of one Michelin star restaurant Sushi Nakazawa in New York City. Chef Nakazawa is the apprentice of legendary Jiro Ono san who is regarded as the world's greatest living sushi chef and the star of renowned movie Jiro Dreams of Sushi. When the Michelin star judges dined at Sushi Nakazawa Chef Yun was one of the chefs that served and helped secure the Michelin star.
