The first Ollie's restaurant opened in 1989 with the goal of bringing cuisine from Chinatown up to the Upper West Side. It wasn't long before the concept was proven; soon hundreds of hungry Columbia students would fill the restaurant everyday in between classes. Ever since then, Ollie's has left its mark throughout Manhattan, having served areas such as Times Square, Lincoln Center, Upper East Side, and Hell's Kitchen. 26 years later, the mission is still the same: to serve authentic, quality Chinese food at an affordable price.
