Too expensive bakery if you have tons of money to spend. Everything there is double or triple priced than anywhere. I bought the small strawberry cheese cake, $30. But it was frozen not freshly made. I can get one at T&T or Safeway for $13 or $15. The strawberry topping is too sweet. I even found a piece of foil paper in the cake. Probably only normal coffee is reasonable to attract customers. I understand your price. But I don't understand why you didn't tell me your bakery does not make a fresh cheesecake instead sold me a frozen one with higher price. My daughter and my ex. immediately complaint about it after tasted it. That was for my girl's birthday. You might understand my anger now. Furthermore there was a piece of foil paper wrap, which must be from the package of cream cheese. I didn't keep pictures for this matter but I only have witness if you need. I just decide to not go your bakery anymore and wrote a review of what happened. Thank you for your reply.

Compared to what's around, it's pretty good here. This said, if it's ok for most Canadians in general, their products are uneven in taste and appeal. Don't forget this is a factory. No miracles. Being able to get a coffee and a relatively better than average pastry at the same place is quite nice though, but unless they install tables outside as soon as the weather permits it, forget enjoying your break there excepted if you have earplugs, earbuds or . It's way too noisy (remember: it's a factory), so you'll find very quickly that taking out your order is the best...

I think the quality depends on what you order. I ordered the Chocolate St Michel (cake/pie), Raspberry St Michel, Brownie, and a Chocolate Éclair. The eclair and the St Michel cakes were very good, but the brownie was old (dry on the edges with rubbery frosting). The coffee was very good and the service was excellent.

Really underwhelming. Came in to a smoke filled place because someone burnt their baked goods. They don’t seem to care to open the doors to ventilate. Baked goods were ok at best and the coffee was ok. I figured it was nicely located and had good reviews but yeah just underwhelming. the servers were just in their own world.

Great bakery. We tried different things and everything was fresh and tasty. The decoration is nice but it can be a little bit improved to give the french vibe further. But overall everything was perfect.
