Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food good as usual BUT when the girl brought out our food (different girl than our waitress) she snatched away our salad bowl without offering seconds. Must we beg for more salad? Very disappointing! That is why people come to Olive Garden and what I was looking forward to.

Teresa was probably one of the best waitresses I've ever had! She was so patient & kind with us & went above & beyond for us. We will definitely be coming again & hope to have her again!

I got the Eggplant Parm and it was excellent. The waitstaff were all working hard to make sure your experience was a positive one. Refills of the water were on point as well as the soda my wife was drinking. Everyone was so nice and polite and will definitely be going back soon.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. For the second time we decided to go and have dinner on Friday 7:30. they had 5 people at the desk. They took our name.we were sitting right in front of them listening to how one of them had ripped her pants. And how about the one that was living early and didn’t want to close. They call everyone around us. Once the the time past I asked about my table. And I was told that they had called my name and I missed my table. What joke! They just don’t care! And this is the second time they do this. And I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I knew I should have gone to portillos in the first place.

The atmosphere is the standard for most Olive Gardens, although their service is really good. Their shrimp scampi is solid, but portions are a little big. My friend ordered fettuccine and enjoyed it. Not the greatest but not bad either, solid Italian-American restaurant in the Fox Valley area.
