Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Overall, it wasn’t a jaw dropping experience. After my mom and I got sat down, it took a while for anyone to greet us. A server (Kiy) nearby noticed and then decided to take care of us even after being cut 30 minutes prior! She was very sweet and did the best she could with taking care of us while attending to a very demanding party as well. We really appreciated Kiy going the extra mile to help us when no one else seemed to notice!

Got seated then sat for over 20 minutes and never met by waiter, got up and left, will not return to this location. Not the first time weve had a bad experience at this location

Soup and salad is my good to there. Minestrone is my favorite soup and the breadsticks are as good as they look on the TV ads!

Went to have a nice dinner with my wife and son. Had a little wait but no big deal. We were sat our table at 6.37pm and offered the standard drink choices by our server (Casey), who was absolutely amazing. He was very responsive and courteous. We ordered our meals and that's where it all fell apart. Fist, the silverware was absolutely filthy. Second, our food was served at 7:26pm, 50 minutes for one appetizer and the tour of Italy. One and a half meatballs into eating my appetizer I find a fingernail in my mouth. I notified management immediately and he said he would let his distribution company know as that's where the meatballs come from. He said he would take care of the meal and apologized. I went to the restroom and exited the restaurant. My wife ended up paying over 46 dollars for our meal that we were too disgusted to finish. This was the worst restaurant experience that we have ever had and as a huge slap in the face, we had to pay for it. As a local business owner myself, I would have Handel the situation in a whole different manner.

Excellent establishment. Service second to none.
