Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I called ro get on waiting list for my party of 7. Was told would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. I checked in on the app when I pulled in. An hour later we were still waiting and went in to check on table, only to be told would be another 35 minutes because I wasn't checked in. Like yes I am the app said I was checked in. People that came in after we stood there for 30 minutes were getting seated l. There app is very poorly designed. Thank goodness for skyline. Has our food way before we would've been seated here.

Food was good, service was OK. Would have been better if the gaggle of workers behind us at the drink station would keep their private conversations private. Really didn't need to know what some of them do on their off time.

Unfortunately we had pretty terrible service, took 75 minutes before we got our meal after sitting down. Server came around every 20 minutes or so, no explanation or apology on why things were moving slowly. It’s difficult to rate the food properly when the service was so poor.

As always, food is good, the portions are very good, tasty, very nice people working over there
