Had the ravioli crbonara very greasy & took forever to get to us , also had the tour of Italy a little better

Did not get to try... seated quickly, then no one came for our drink order or anything. We came to Flagstaff specifically for Oliver Garden, this is not the first time we have been disappointed at this location. At least four wait staff were in the location serving other tables.

Booked a reservation on Valentine's and the whole process of getting a table went smoothly. The servers were very attentive and polite. The GM also checked up on everyone to make sure everything was up to par. Overall a fantastic place and atmosphere!

Ordered to go, paid over the phone, should have been a done deal. My wife went to pick up the food and they had her fill out a receipt and required a tip option of 18+ percent as the only option.
