Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I'm not into this type of Italian food, as my family was half Italian (we ate a different style of food, guess there is a big difference) Anyway, was a descent experience al in all. Service was OK, seemed to be a little chaos, and confusion about table layouts, but other then that it was nice. Daughter left here purse there, when we left (we live an hour away) so we called to see if it was left, and it was. We said we'll be back in a week, maybe, if they could hold onto it for us, the said yes. I went back a little more than a week later, and they still had it. Unfortunately the money was stolen out of it, so my daughter was very sad. I of course reimbursed my daughter for her lost money, but this incident help to show her the type of people that are in this world (it was only like $6 in her purse) she's only 7 years old, and it's a tiny pink n teal mermaid purse with matching wallet inside, so you know it a child's purse that you're stealing from. Anyway glad we got it back, and can't blame the workers, as it could have been them, or could have been a customer who found it, who knows. Would have been a 5 star rating if money was not stolen Oh, and before anyone thinks, maybe they thought you didn't tip well enough. One, it doesn't give them the right. Two, I ALWAYS leave a 20% tip or better, no matter the service I receive. This specific visit it was a tad over 25%

We went there today for our 30th wedding anniversary and we order chicken fettuccine and alfredo fettuccine. We had a waiter name Adam, I believe that is his name, he did an outstanding job of taking care of the orders for us. The waitresses and waiters are very friendly. We will go back again, thank you for the services.

I brought my wife and daughters for lunch. Everybody was very satisfied with their plate. I requested my plate be spicy and they knocked it out the park super good.

I've never had a bad experience here, but this past visit was outstanding. I went for lunch, I wish I had gotten our waitress's name, but she was great. My glass never went empty, my soup didn't go empty, my food came out fresh and was clearly not under a heat lamp for very long. And she was genuinely friendly. Might frequent Olive Garden for lunch regularly!

I've been down on Olive Garden, but this location has it together. Excellent service and great food. Management even walked the floor checking on customers.
