Obligée de mettre une etoile pour publier mais ça ne la vaut même pas!! A éviter absolument....une arnaque Bouffe dégueulasse et en plus on vous inflige 5 euros de couverts (normal en Italie) mais le comble c'est les 12% de service en plus.....

We had a terrific experience and very tasty (and typically Venetian) light meal of tramezzini and wine — all at the advice of a wonderful young waitress, Cecilia, who speaks fluent English (when we asked if she had lived in the USA for a while, she laughed and said she is self taught!). The Olimpia, which has been a staple of the train station Riva since 1936, has an simple but quite extensive menu. We asked her to recommend a quick dinner, and she was frank: their pasta dishes are frozen, but all the fabulous big sandwiches are freshly made. We had the house wines, a white and a red, which she also recommended. Our bill for two came to less than €25! She is a treasure, the location (at the foot of the footbridge over the Grand Canal and just down two minutes from the train station) is unbeatable, and we are VERY glad the c. 1936 sign over the door caught our eye. Piège à touristes à éviter, nous nous y sommes arrêtés après une une longue marche pour nous désaltérer et manger un petit quelque chose. On ne nous a pas présenté de carte, le serveur n'a fait aucun effort pour parler anglais, au final la facture était salée et ils ont même augmenté le prix du sandwich par rapport au prix indiqué en vitrine. On nous a même crié dessus quand on a voulu aller aux toilettes en nous disant qu'il fallait consommer alors qu'on était servi depuis 5 min. Et la cerise sur le gâteau il y avait 1,50 Euro de service sur la facture. Continuez dans la ruelle sur la droite il y a des endroits bien plus accueillants

Mercoledì 03/04/2024, 3 clienti veneti, da Vicenza; trattamento di riguardo - 1 bottiglietta in plastica da mezzo litro di minerale = Euro 3,50 e 3 caffè= euro 10,50, vale a dire 3,50 euro a caffè. TOT. 14.00 Euro - Non servono parole, ma NON siamo in piazza San Marco, bensì a qualche centinaio di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria

Aspettando l'ora della partenza per il rientro con il treno, ci accomodiamo all'interno di questo bar esteticamente molto carino; siamo serviti da una ragazza molto scortese e anche poco professionale, ma ordiniamo ugualmente e aspettiamo la comanda, una bibita a testa (costo 4,50-6€ per bibita) Mia moglie che ha ordinato un caffè (3,50€ servito) chiede ai ragazzi al banco se fosse possibile avere un bicchiere d'acqua frizzante, e i ragazzi le fanno segno che non ci sono problemi e lo stanno per preparare, dopodiché ritorna la Cameriera che NON CAPIAMO PER QUALE MOTIVO fa segno di non prepararlo ma aggiunge al vassoio una bottiglia piccola di acqua frizzante, che inizialmente pensiamo sia gratuita, ma al momento del conto scopriamo che "IL BICCHIERE D'ACQUA FRIZZANTE" (la bottiglia) è costata "SOLO" 3,50€, aggiunta ed inserita senza nemmeno avvisare. Siamo una famiglia di 6 persone e siamo stati a Venezia per 1 giorno, capiamo e conosciamo le dinamiche turistiche e mi sta bene anche pagare un caffè 3,50€ ma se la richiesta è un bicchiere d'acqua frizzante e tu mi fai pagare una bottiglina per me sei SCORRETTO, anche perchè noi sicuramente l'avremmo ordinata ugualmente ma almeno LA CORRETTEZZA E IL RISPETTO di avvisare lo avremmo gradito molto. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.
