For this unique single origin only the ripest coffee cherries are picked by hand and sent to be processed, allowing individual coffee cherries to grown until they are at peak sweetness. Producer: Arturo Aguirre Family Elevation: 1600 meters. Variety: Catuai, Caturra, etc. Process: Fully Washed. Tasting Notes: Raspberry, Orange, Silky with a Clean Finish.

Our Matcha Latte has vegetal grassy notes, a pleasant bitterness followed by a lingering sweetness. We offer both sweetened and unsweetened versions of this beverage.

A Taiwanese varietal of Caffeinated Oolong tea. Has a fresh and mildly sweet flavor with a thick and creamy mouthfeel. Tasting notes of macadamia, honeydew and butter. Can be order either hot or iced. (Does not contain milk or any milk product)

A half mug of our original Ogawa Earl Grey tea steeped for 3 minutes with vanilla syrup added, finished off with your choice of steamed milk.

A half mug of Assam tea steeped for 3 minutes with simple syrup added, finished off with your choice of steamed milk. You can substitute Assam tea for another if you so desire.
