O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I have always been a fan of O'Charley's. The Hostess, Waiters, and staff in general are very nice and respectful. The food is always great and if I ever have an issue with something I have ordered they do not hesitate to correct it.

Linda was my server and she was amazing!!!

O'Charley's used to be a pretty nice restaurant but now it seems that they just serve fried food. I mean they've got the random this or that but the place is nothing like it used to be. Sad too used to like to go there about once a week.

Good food and great service. Autumn in a great server and is on top of it. Enjoyed the meal and service.

Slow service

Great service and food.

We ordered pick up. We got there right as order should be ready and texted here as instructed. We were in a big red tundra. Another vehicle pulled in shortly after and the server immediately came out with their food. She went back in for something else for them and came back. Neither time she did not acknowledge me. After waiting 15 minutes, I went in. She finally came up for my name and had the food waiting. When I asked why they didn't bring it out, She proceeded to say she didn't know we were there and didn't get the text. Looking at her monitor, my truck was easily up front. And how did she not see us there waiting? They weren't busy. We gave a 15% tip for awful service. Won't be tipping no more.

Mariesha was such a wonderful sever, never an empty glass! food was great as always. we will be coming back, and sitting with Marisha for sure!
