O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Delicious meal! Fantastic service from our server, Don Don. The READ GROUP

On August 30, 2022, I ate lunch at O’Charley’s Restaurant in Fayetteville, Georgia. The food was delicious. The manager Mr. Michael and our server Mr. Don Don showed us great hospitality. If you want a great server and a person with a pleasing personality ask for Mr. Don Don. I plan to eat there again.

Not crowded, wanted to order a drink from the bar was told bartender getting off and Noone else can serve alcohol, being a Thursday before holiday would think they would have been better prepared

nachos not that great. Baked potato and ribs GREAT!!!

They were short handed and Bree, our server, killed it. She was taking care of all the tables and still provided excellent service.she was very nice and my kids liked her.

Visted on a week day- kids ate free. Taliyah was very nice and professional. Food was super hot snd freshly cooked. Great service. No wait time.

Bug in drink

We went there today around 3:20p and there was a "30minute wait" while waiting a couple came out of the Not Crowded seating area. upset and said plainly to EVERYONE waiting, "Y'all gone be waiting forever." I was over it, but my date left his name and number.... Out sure the couple told us "We were at the table an hour and a half and we didn't get any service at all." I was in disbelief meanwhile we walked across the lot and ate at the Olive Garden next door. We actually had to wait for seating there as well for approx ten minutes... at 4:30 our table was ready at O' Charley's I never saw cars in full the front parking so IDK why they were having issues with serving but We were not able to get a table due to what looked like No Reason At all. Do not waste your time it's obvious the management has no staff or no control or no concern as it pertains to normal operations.

Had dinner at the Fayetteville restaurant for the first time in a long time. One thing my Husband loves about this restaurant is their yeast rolls. To our disappointment, two were stale and the other two were hard as a rock. Not the quality we experienced in the past. The menu was dirty, pages sticking together. Windows were dirty with child fingermarks and smears. When we told our server about the hard rolls, she poked her finger in one and asked if we wanted more. No thanks. Servers were observed laughing about my concern, no management response if management was even advised. Will not be back!
