Tasty vegetarian sandwich.

It's probably the best place for Vietnamese sandwiches! They are always fresh and so crispy!! The owner is always very friendly and very attentive! I always stop by when I go through the area! My kids love the sandwiches as well!

Absolutely smacking. I’ve tried their lemongrass chicken and deluxe classic bahnmi and they are both delicious. Egg rolls are good too.

Great little place for Vietnamese subs. Missed it when walking by it, but found it on my way back. Drinks were yummy and so were the subs.

7.50 for a small sized Boba is a little outrageous, everything else about this place is amazing but coming from San Francisco California, our Thai milk tea is more for much less, more options, Etc... If you like eating here, please do, it's lovely.

Love this place if you’re craving something quick and delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the service was fantastic. I got the classic cold cuts and lemongrass chicken, both were excellent. Bun was very crispy and the lemongrass chicken was very flavourful. Go grab yourself some banh mi for lunch.

The Xiu Mai was so yummy ! The spring rolls are nice and crispy with a great dipping sauce

Lemongrass chicken and coffee were amazing!! Will be my go to spot for banh mi. Highly recommend checking it out
