Oasis Cafe

A lovely little cafe! I got the chicken pesto panini, and it was amazing. The panini was filled with flavor and packed perfectly, but it did not make the bread soggy. 10/10 recommend!

New menu after reopening, added Boba drinks. Excellent food and service; pricing was reasonable. 2nd easiest place in town to get your caffeine fix. Excellent Vietnamese caramel macchiato & cookies & cream. Parking: metered parking available.

Don't let the lack of a vibey vibe deter you from the tasty quick and no-nonsense items they dish up. I had the Thai Salad Wrap and it was super nice and tasty, simple and fresh. The peanut sauce was just as they describe it on their menu . . . I'll butcher it but something like, "really good peanut sauce." And indeed it was. It was light and punchy and I hope that's how it is all the time. Also, it was great service. She helped me decide between a Turkey Pesto Panini and the wrap. I appreciate that in the age of poor service/post-covid era.

Listen. I don’t mean to be a pee or whatever but for those interested in getting coffee this is not the spot. Their espresso is very bad and bitter. The atmosphere is kinda wonky, they’ve got this weird little corner with some high chairs being stored there and a bench, not inviting, or some hard chairs and that’s it. I get the space is small and not much to work with but you could still make a little something something happen with a loveseat or a couch, maybe a coffee table.

Great cafe for having a cup of tea and getting work done. Came here around 2 PM, ordered decaf oatmilk latte (it was delicious!) and connected to their high-speed internet. Had great time, the staff were kind enough to offer extras. Their menu is quite rich with coffees, sandwiches, salads and teas (even bubble tea!). The chicken is halal so plus for Muslims who may have hard time finding meat options in Lafayette.

I love this little cafe! I’ve tried most of the food items and they are all great - my favorite is the turkey pesto panini. I have not tried any teas but their iced coffee is realllllly good. Super friendly service every time. Definitely my new go-to spot!
