Brewed in collaboration with Rowley Farmhouse Ales · English-style Barleywine aged for two years in freshly-dumped Elijah Craig Rye Whiskey barrels. Pours nearly black with mahogany hues around the edge. An extensive tannin structure slightly dries out the mouth, while the alcohol warms. - 13.7% ABV

Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout with raspberries, cocoa nibs, coffee, and vanilla beans · 14.5% ABV

Blonde Biére de Garde, brewed in collaboration with Rowley Farmhouse Ales in Santa Fe, NM; Crafted with imported Belgian and German malts this ale was fermented with a traditional farmhouse yeast in open-top wine barrels. Once fermentation was complete, the beer was blended and dry-hopped with Oregon-grown Mt. Hood and allowed to evolve. Bottled in July of 2019 and conditioned until ready; 7.4% ABV
