Nothing Bundt Cakes

I was getting ready to order a cake from this location. I always read the reviews when I purchase. I was going to order from this location but the reviews changed my mind. The good reviews received are from caucasians. And the reviews from black, browns, and other or horrible and have the same theme. And how they did Grand Prarie HS Band fundraiser, is unacceptable. Maybe the owner need to clean house and stop hiring their friends and friends of friends. This is not a good look and I love Nothing Bundt Cake. But this location cannot get my money. I would rather drive further out to another location.

All so good, no issues… the REESE'S cake is like the only one I just DO NOT like! Yuck! Like back to the drawing board! Everything is great

The workers are blatantly racist, and one of the girls pointed out that I was wearing a wig. They cut me off when I tried to speak, and it was so crazy because she treated the white woman in front of me so well but me like a garbage can. I don’t even know them! When I got my food it didn’t look presentable and the taste wasn’t there. I’m sorry but this is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to in my entire life. If you’re looking for a Bundt cake go to the one in Arlington as they are much more respectful and patient with black folks.

For the convenance you can't go wrong. Remember quality versus quantity!

Ordered three with extra frosting. VERY disappointed. Used to be the cake and frosting filled to container to the top, so frosting was on the top when you opened it. Not the case now. Appears the size of the cake is smaller and the double frosting looks like what used to be regular. When I asked, was told it might be the froster. Be a while before I pay $6 for what I got.

Cakes are always delicious, and I love always getting my free bundtlet on my birthday. Please don't end that. The staff here seem pleasant. Overall, no complaints.

The workers jokes are not funny. I ordered chocolate cake and she talked about how she put poop in there to make it appear brown. I lost my appetite.

We have used this business here in Mansfield several times, have always had great customer service, have always received what we asked for and have always received more than we asked for. Never been disappointed.

My order was to be ready to pick up at 11am. I had a lot to do so I even went at 12:45pm and it wasn’t ready to walk out the door. They still had to complete the wrapping apparently. I asked why isn’t it ready I definitely gave you guys not only a day to prepare but an extra hour and half. All I ask is you guys get better about making sure that it’s ready when the time it states to be ready.
