Is supporting a business who doesn’t value their employees worth it? The wages at this company are sub-standard and employment practices are predatory. If a job is worth doing, it’s worth paying a living wage.

Got a mother's day cake here. It was an 8" carrot cake with light icing. The cake looked a bit burnt but taste was good. The biggest issue is that we have gotten many cakes from the Harbison location, and this cake was very small compared to Harbison's 8". There was no height to it. Very dense, a bit overdone, and no where near as big as it should have been. Whoever was scooping for the cakes that went out that day was super light-handed on the batter.

I LOVE these cakes!!!! Been buying them since I could only buying near Charlotte North Carolina. Yes I drove that far for these cakes. They are amazing and I have never tasted one I didn’t like!!!! They freeze well too. ❤️
