Nothing Bundt Cakes

A friend purchased a B'day cake there, 3 times, so I decided, after speaking with my daughter to get her cake there instead of a Kroger cake. Tried their individuals, both types I chose were delicious. Highly recommend Lewisville location. Very patient and friendly for a new customer. Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor and a couple of handicap parks in a strip location.

Ordered a dozen “ bundtinis “ for a birthday party. THANKS FOR NO ICING! and when I called to straighten things out I got literally put on hold and then hung up on. Worst part about it is I spent so much money on these and preordered them for them to be ready for a birthday party. Thanks nothing Bundt cakes except me at your door in a few days when I am in the area again because this is unbelievable!

The bundt cakes were delicious as usual, but this particular location had a service member, Gloria K, who was derogatory and made the buying experience awful. We felt pressured to make decisions on a moments notice and were not treated well when we asked questions or attempted to throw some trash away. Her happy go lucky facade was quickly revealed to be a nightmare of a customer service experience. I would recommend if you walk through the door and see her to drive to the next nearest location for a better experience.

I always order from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and it's normally delightful, but this time. The batter was too moist, almost like the batch was not cooked all the way through. It was gumming to the touch. My family was quite disappointed as we were ordering as a dessert as part of our Thanksgiving treat!

Someone special had bought me a bundt cake from here for my birthday. While the cake itself is delicious, I've found multiple pieces of plastic inside and almost swallowed them.

Do not like this location!!!! Will not honor advertised deals and No Forks!!!!! I always get forks w purchase!!!! Woman was rude and not friendly at all!!!!! do not make me or my family feel welcome !!!
