Northside Bistro was created by Chef John Scarangella, a notable Raleigh area chef with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Chef John's vision for Northside Bistro combines his love for refined Continental cuisine and for providing a comfortable, fun, and upbeat environment where people can come and enjoy both in one great location.
