Double dry hopped with Simcoe, Columbus, Krush, & Mosaic, this West Coast IPA is devilishly nuanced. Aromas of juicy blueberry, and tropical peach & pineapple haunt the nose. Even more saturated blueberry, zested orange, and pineapple glide across the tastebuds before culminating in a dry, dank finish. Crystal clear, perfectly golden - it’s alchemy in a glass. 7.2% ABV

This snappy one ain’t short on aroma or flavor: a bewitching combo of Mosaic & Nelson serves straight up herby dankness. Overripe blueberry, crisp white grape, tangy pear, and a touch of pine resin all make an appearance too. Make like a tumbleweed and roll on through to grab this one, it won’t be around for long. 5.2% ABV

This Czech-Style Pale Lager offers bready notes with delicate orange blossom and Saaz herbaceousness. Light and vibrant, this 4% lager will leave you beaming.4.0% ABV

We loaded this refreshing beverage with the finest German malts we could find to deliver a delicate and soft malt backbone reminiscent of delicious fresh baked bread. We layered on the Czech Saaz and German Perle hops to create a mildly spicy and pleasantly floral hop aroma that doesn't quit. After patiently lagering to perfection, Bird Park finishes clean, crisp, and dry with incredible drinkability. 4.7% ABV

We cannot accommodate late pickup requests.** Rich, dark, and malty, Burlingame is our Czech-style Black Lager that offers flavors of toasted bread, bittersweet chocolate, and a prominent roasted note. We named it after the Burlingame historic district in North Park, which is known for its variety of characterful homes built in many popular architectural styles from the early 1900s. We think our Burlingame beer is also quite characterful in that it has many flavors in common with stouts and porters, but with the clean and refined finish you would find in an exceptionally well-crafted lager. 5% ABV

Lay out that newspaper, sharpen your knives & crack a cold one, because that jack-o-lantern isn’t going to carve itself!7.0% ABV

Our take on a classic Dortmunder Style Helles Exportbier is here, featuring layers of traditional German Pilsner & Vienna malt, along with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. Light gold in color, NP Export boasts the aroma & flavor of fresh-baked bread, biscuit, and subtle floral & spice notes. A slight bitterness perfectly balances a touch of malty sweetness, and it’s satisfyingly dry and crisp. As a wise man once said, “If you like beer, you’ll like this!” 5.4% ABV

To make this heady beverage, we paired the palest malt we could find with some rice and gave it a whopping 6 IBUs. Then, we fermented it low and slow with our favorite German lager yeast to yield the best dang boring lager we could make. But oh boy, things took a turn for party town once we added a gigantic dose of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo! The resulting liquid offers a pungent expression of tangerine, lemon, ripe tropical fruit, gooseberries, juicy hop resins, and blueberries that leap from your glass. Extremely crushable, deliciously dank, and refreshing! 5% ABV
