North Central College Coffee Lab

The Coffee Lab at North Central College is a learning and research lab, a business (selling packaged coffee), and a hub for connections. We offer brewed coffee in the lobby most Mondays through Thursdays between 9 AM and 1 PM. Follow our social media for additional events including espresso cart pop-ups. Hours may vary based on holiday and academic schedules. We are open year round. *Please note we are not a full service coffee shop offering a variety of coffee drinks every day. However, we are open to the public, provide tours of our roasting facility, host events, and sell freshly roasted packaged coffee and "K" cups. We also have a direct trade store offering artisanal chocolates, ceramics, textiles, and more.
