Had my 1st personal shopper experience and it was great. Alicia listened to my needs and found some great new items for me

Went in to kill some time whating to get a table at Cheese Cake Factory. It's really nice inside the open floor plan makes it easy to spot items.

Gone are the hey days of Nordstrom where they were so customer service based. I walk through and am lucky if one rep comes to ask if I need help, but I typically shop the beauty department and that is where there is no service at all. Unfortunate.

Nordstrom in Roseville Galleria is the last high-end department store in the Greater Sacramento Area. They have the best service and the most beautiful sales floor with more luxury items and name brands in the store. But the amount of luxury items seems like a cutback compared to before the pandemic. I find fewer name brands of merchandise in stock than before! The store still looks beautiful, and the salespersons still provide excellent service.
