As the head of Noppie's Kitchen, I plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the organization and department serving food and beverages. Part of the goal at Noppie's is providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for food & beverage services, and an evaluation of customer satisfaction.
