So happy I found Nook! Always delicious and the ingredients are so fresh. Everything is very flavourful and I especially love the cabbage rolls, almond crusted squash, and chickpea kale pasta. They also provide amazing customer service. One day there was a mix-up with my order and they made sure to deliver it to me asap (thanks Nook!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, healthy and delicious food!

Nook meals have become a weekly essential for me! After a long period of leaning on various food delivery services for lunch during the workday and finding the quality of the meals so poor compared to the significant cost, I found Nook after a referral from a dietician and have never looked back. Meals are delivered to my office on Wednesdays and carry me through the rest of my week with optimal amounts of variety, nutrition and flavour! I savour my Nook meals, have so many favourites and and look forward to the new menu items that are added so frequently! I highly recommend Nook, you will be hooked too!

The food from Nook Kitchen is so lovingly made, with the freshest, most delicious ingredients, it’s become a weekly staple for me. In addition to the incredible taste, everything is so nutritious! I feel so good after eating these meals, and enjoy them immensely! In addition, Madi (the owner) is a real gem, as she is very caring for her customers!
